In Character Information
Name: Kaidou Kaoru
Age: 25
Appearance: Being athletic as he runs several kilometres per a day, Kaidou has always had a plenty of stamina in his fit body that is of an average height. If it wasn't for his piercing black eyes, he might not stand out from a group of people. When his life gets really hectic and he becomes totally absorbed in something, he tends to forget about his hair as well as his facial hair. At the moment his jet black hair is long enough to have a ponytail and he's grown something that looks like a goatie - the longer hair might bring out his feminine side while the beard states that he's in fact very masculine. (The person who complains about "the untidiness of his face" is his father who takes notable care of his own moustache, and thus tries to teach the same habit to his son. His mother doesn't ever scold him about his overgrown beard because it makes Kaidou look much more like an adult and even more like his father.) However, it doesn't mean that Kaidou wouldn't care about his appearance at all. It's just that his physical well-being becomes before his semblance.

Wearing a bandada on his head has been Kaidou's trademark ever since he was a little boy. Sometimes he wears it even if he has a ponytail, but a lot less than during the times when his hair is shorter. He likes to wear loose, comfortable, simple clothes that are long-lasting. Whenever he can be barefooted, he doesn't wear socks at all.

On the outside Kaidou might look scary and hostile, but inside he's a gentle and benevolent person. Because he is rather shy he's not very good at communicating with other people, but whoever who gets on his better side will have his unconditional trust and loalty.

History: Kaidou has a mother, a father and a little brother, and they're the closest people to him. They all have lived in Tokyo all their lives. Although Kaidou might already afford it, he's still living at home with his parents - his brother has moved out. His mother is very protective housewife and his father is quite a strict man which is why Kaidou has learnt courtesy and manners. On the whole, he's an obedient son to his parents who love him very much. And he loves them.

Sports has always been a passion of his. At school he used to be in the track team winning a few competitions. But when he went to junior high school, he found his passion for music and began to play the bass. At first it was merely during the music lessons, but eventually he was scouted by other students of his school to a band which played live a couple of times at the school. Unfortunately they broke up after they graduated and went to high school but Kaidou never stopped playing the bass. Currently he has collected a few different types of basses, one of them is 5-stringed.

His biggest secret is that he loves animals, especially cute ones. In spite of all, he doesn't have a pet of his own.

Part Time Job(if any): working in a little pet shop (and tries to keep it a secret from everyone else except his family)

Sample Post: Naturally, I love my job. It’s not something I’d say out loud since it’s something I’d rather keep to myself. But it’s not the only thing I don’t want to talk about. My love for animals is a definite secret but the other thing is a dream I’ve had within me for years. And that is something no one knows about, not even my parents.

That dream is to be in a band, to play the bass on a record as well as on a stage. I’ve never forgotten how it felt to stand up there so many years ago. No matter how terrified I had felt before walking up there, it all vanished as my fingers moved along the strings. The music took over my body and all I had to do was to go along. And when the first song that we performed ended, there were cheers that filled my ears, and after I gradually opened my eyes, I saw the crowd right in front of me. That moment I noticed that they, including my teachers, my classmates, and a plenty of other people, didn’t think I was scary or obnoxious but their expressions showed and actions revealed that they accepted me, even if it was merely for the time I was on stage playing my bass. Nothing else has given me such a feeling…

It’s not exactly money and fame that I’m dreaming about. I just wouldn’t want to waste my talent that I’ve obtained by practicing hard every day. I love to play and I’d be even happier if I could play for others. But being the way that I am, it’s been very difficult to find band members. Or an existing band that would accept me as their bass player. There’re a plenty of talented people everywhere who work hard to achieve their goal. I know mine but how to take the first step?
